B&G is a trade only provider to the hardware and DIY sector in Ireland. We created a strategy, multiple client engagement campaigns, and supporting materials to optimise their key sales priorities for the year ahead.
This was to stimulate key trade clients into commercial action at the five main points of engagement:
Working closely with the client, our design team helped to revamp the 3 key brands of Indoors, Tema and Picton, integrating lifestyle imagery across all media. The next step was to design an industry leading B2B e-commerce website and all supporting digital assets, helping to generate consumer leads. Finally, all of this new lifestyle approach was brought together at the industry trade show, introducing new colour themes and products that would subsequently be available in client stores.
The campaign has been very successful for our client. They have given us very strong feedback and are delighted that both qualitative and quantitative (commercial targets) have been exceeded. The fundamental success started with a data driven strategy.
